Niche Markets, Attraction Marketing and How To Use Them With Your MLM - Part 3
June 4, 2008
One of the hardest things I found in network marketing was how to show my downline that they could make a business out of my company’s products by using their list of 100 names or warm market. As we all know, it’s not easy – actually it’s probably downright impossible although there will always be those few who can do it.
From the raw recruit to the most senior distributor in your company their warm market will eventually run dry. Being told to go back to your list is one of the biggest turn-offs in network marketing today.
This is where Ann Sieg and her fabulous ebooks The 7 Great Lies of Network Marketing and The Renegade Network Marketer can help you enormously with building your network marketing business. Ann’s system of combining internet marketing, affiliate marketing and network marketing are a winning combination. If you haven’t got your copy yet – don’t delay – get it today!
Using niche marketing you can set yourself up as an innovative leader in your network marketing company by showing your downline how to utilise the internet to produce multiple streams of income.
You are not just presenting a business opportunity or really great products; you are also presenting a different and successful way to promote those products.
Throw away that list forever!
Back to our two examples – the travel business – everyone in your downline would have either a favourite holiday destination or maybe a dream destination that they are looking forward to visiting with the help of their bonus cheques from their business.
If they couldn’t think of a destination I’d probably, very gently, suggest they were in the wrong business, lol Your entire downline could have niche markets for travel destinations all over the world. I would be very surprised if there were any double-ups, if so, it must surely be a great place to visit, like Australia!
In the health and wellness sector, everyone has a favourite product. It may have helped them overcome a health issue or it is just a great product that works and they really love using it. This type of product nearly always has different demographics to target as outlined in Part 2.
Have an opt-in form on your website offering a free report or an ebook on say “The Best Ever Travel Tips” or “How You Can Get The Zing Back Into Your Life” – and, hey presto, you will start to build a list of people who are actually interested in what you have to say!
You will then be able to send them follow-up emails related to your particular niche market.
You could also promote other affiliate products on your site, such as travel products (luggage, books and CDs about your niche destination) or lifestyle products (exercise equipment, books and CDs on yoga, exercise, mediation, stress-management) and the list goes on.
The possibilities are only limited by your imagination. Let the creative juices flow!
Your upline, if they haven’t seen the light yet, will be absolutely gob-smacked by your innovation and success.
I hope this series has given you a few ideas on how you can market your business without using the old-fashioned methods of MLM.
What are your thoughts on niche marketing? Will any of the ideas I have suggested help you market your MLM products? Do you have any other niche marketing tips you would like to share? Please leave a comment - I’d love to hear from you!

Niche Markets, Attraction Marketing and How To Use them With Your MLM - Part 2
May 28, 2008
In Part 1 I gave you some broad ideas on how to create a niche market for your MLM company’s products.
Today let’s look at creating niche markets within your niche market and how this can benefit the downline you are building.
Back to our two examples we are using – the travel business and the health and wellness company.
If I was in a travel business and decided to promote the Shoalhaven region on the south coast of New South Wales, Australia – OK I live here, I’m biased but it’s really beautiful and if you travel down-under make sure you come and visit!
This is a photo of Jervis Bay - some of the best diving, dolphin and whale-watching on the coast!
Back to the task at hand - I could use the following categories to make micro-niches –
Camping in the Shoalhaven region, camping for families, camping and outdoor stores
Bushwalking,
Surfing, favourite beaches, family-friendly beaches
Fishing, boat hire, equipment hire
Scuba Diving
Whale Watching
Tourist information centres
Walking trails, easy walking trails for children and older folk
Cycling, cycle hire
Golfing, golf courses
Arts and Craft, galleries, markets
Horse Riding and Farm Stays
Family Activities
Historical Houses
Gardens
4-wheel Drive Adventures
Get the idea - of course you do!
Health and wellness products – if it was, say a vitamin supplement, your micro-niches could be –
Women’s health
Men’s health
Teenagers, acne, puberty (don’t talk about it I have two going through it right now – Yikes!)
Pre-School
Over 40’s – oops, that’s me! over 50’s, over 60’s etc
Pregnant women
Retirees
Sports men and women
Stress related illness
Menopausal women
Heart conditions and how to have a healthy heart
Now, can you see with the above two examples how you will be targeting specific groups and using the basics of attraction marketing.
How does all this tie in with your downline?

Niche Markets, Attraction Marketing and How To Use Them With Your MLM - Part 1
May 22, 2008
One of the key factors of internet marketing is niche markets.
What is a niche market and how can I use it with my network marketing company?
It doesn’t matter whether your MLM company has one product or dozens in their range – you can make a niche market for it by thinking outside of the square.
Let’s look at two examples of network marketing companies – one a travel business and the other a health and wellness company.
The travel business – choose your favourite holiday destination in the world and make a niche market on it – at SiteBuildIt, Ken Evoy’s daughter has a wonderful website on Anguilla. Have a look at it and see how you could use something similar for your travel business.
For example – your initial content could be on –
• Why you love this destination so much
• What attracted you to it
• Your favourite sightseeing places, accommodation, cafes, restaurants, shopping, art galleries, night clubs and entertainment
Health and wellness products – choose your favourite product – be it an anti-oxidant, vitamin supplement, weight loss system, a cleansing lotion, nutritional drink, baby care products or hair care products – you get the idea.
Whatever you choose to promote in your niche market, make sure you write good generic content about it. Don’t push your specific product or MLM opportunity at your audience – it’s an instant turn off.
For example – if it’s a vitamin supplement you could research and write about –
• Why our diets are lacking in essential vitamins and minerals
• How the environment impacts on our health
• How our hectic lifestyles impact on our diet with highly processed foods and take-way foods
• Why people have more allergies and sensitivities to foods than say 20 years ago.
Make sure what you write is in your own words and “voice”. Personalise it with your own story. You become the authority in your niche market.
That should give you a few ideas to think about.
In Part 2 I will look at how to make niche markets within niche markets and how this will benefit, not only your business, but your downline.

The Renegade Network Marketer eBook
April 24, 2008
Ask any network marketer what the #1 problem with the business is and they’ll give you one word – leads. Finding leads for many is like finding a needle in the haystack.
They’re pumped up by an amazing business opportunity and filled with endless promises about profitability, and then once they start selling, end up having to rely on stalker tactics to bully their own friends and family into participating as their downline.
In The Renegade Network Marketer eBook by Ann Sieg, the truth about this dirty part of the industry is exposed, and the perfect salve is applied to the wounded enthusiasm you have for this business so that you can go forward and realize success with some new and improved methods of network marketing.
It’s a painful lesson most network marketers will learn – your upline may not know any more than you do. Yet they advertised that they would “guide you along the way” and provide a support system for you. Now you feel abandoned, betrayed, and frustrated because you’re failing.
If you really want to succeed, you have to become a Renegade Marketer. A renegade is defined as a rebel, and if you want to succeed where 98% of others have failed become a renegade now.
The key is to go from stalking your prospects to having them flock to you to demand that you let them be a part of your downline. Sounds dramatically different from begging your Aunt Jean to invest in this “Grade A Opportunity,” doesn’t it?
One of the most annoying aspects of the MLM industry is how many companies force you to attend workshops to succeed. Why do they do it? Because they know that chances are, you won’t attend – so then they can blame you for your failure.
The fact is, you can attend every workshop, read every manual, and talk to a dozen so-called experts and you’ll still be at square one. This is because none of them want you to buck tradition – they’re scared of change.
Once you adopt the Renegade Network Marketer mindset, you’ll understand why you have to think outside the box and help usher in progress in this industry rather than slam the door in its face and continue starving.
If you’re ready to unlearn the bad habits that have been pushed onto you and accept an innovative method of marketing and building a business online, then you’ll want to get your copy of The Renegade Network Marketer today!

Stop Spinning Your Wheels - Get Going In The Right Direction
Every network marketing company has the same basic business plan for their distributors - write a list.
You could be told to write a list of 100 people you know. They may even give you a helpful list of categories of people like, friends, family, social groups, sporting groups, the guy who came to clean your carpets or windows, the delivery person.
But what if this list of 100 random people aren’t interested in your product or business opportunity. Where do you go from there?
The only advice your network marketing company will give you is to go back to your list and try again!
What you really need is direction - stop spinning your wheels!
Ann Sieg’s ebook The Renegade Network Marketer gives you the direction and the foundation you need to set-up a marketing system that will attract people to you.
Throw away the list and learn how the top 3% in network marketing build successful businesses.
Renegade Basics will take you step-by-step through this process.
Don’t write another list again - get The Renegade Network Marketer today.
